Hi everyone:
I've been enjoying reading a lot of your messages on this board. I'm brand new - to this forum - this message board - and - well - this entire thing! Most of all, I'm at a total loss as to what to do next.
I know that a lot of you are doing your own home-based type business, and I'm not sure if that's the right thing for me or not (as opposed to working for a company doing legal word processing, transcription, etc.).
My husband and I are currently going through some pretty intense (both emotionally and monitarily) fertility treatments (IVF) and after thinking about it for a long time, I decided that working at home would work best for me (there are a LOT of doctor appointments involved in this, and that's not something I want to have to explain to a 'regular' employer every time I need to go for an ultrasound!!)
I have NO idea where to begin. I've had over 12 years experience with this type of thing (law offices, etc.) I'm very confident in my abilities - but honestly don't know which avenue to take. I'd welcome anyone's advice - comments - or just plain feedback.
Thanks for any and all responses - - I'll check back here every day for a while. You're welcome to e-mail me too : )
