I've decided to close shop. Not enough time to handle work (going to grad school) and have taken on a couple of volunteer activities to help my career.
Started this business to make extra money but did not count on how time consuming it is, and how impatient customers are as though they're your only one.
So, for peace of mind and quality of life I had to make that tough decision because my typing business is successful, however, I'm not willing to give up my day job to take this on fulltime and have had such bad luck outsourcing work that I dare not go that route anymore.
