Besides:
1. Working in your jammies
2. No boss looking over your shoulder
3. YOUR schedule, not the employer's
4. Freedom
5. No more long commutes to the office
6. Your income is only limited by your efforts, or lack thereof, not by budget committees and cost of living increases
7. Only you can fire you
8. Only you can downsize you
9. You can take a break from the computer and do a quick 5-10-15 min workout whenever you want (try doing THAT with a corporate meeting going on right next to your office area at work!)
10. You can invest in upgraded equipment or buy office supplies without having to fill out a Purchase Requisiton then get 3 signature approvals.
11. You can play your office music as loud as you want w/o disturbing anyone (unless you play something you don't like) LOL
12. You never have to worry about not having enough change for the coffee vending machine.
13. You don't have to run home during lunch break to check your mail (or email if your company doesn't have Internet access yet), or walk the dog, or feed the cat.

I'll stop there.. I think I've given you enough reasons (as I sit here outside the boss' office waiting for him to come back from lunch so we can have our meeting about Project Files). :-)
