Thanks for your suggestion. In our medical office we dictate progress notes that are placed in a medical chart. We print the dictations on labels and affix them to the 8 1/2 by 11 pages in the chart. A brief note takes 1 or 2 labels. The doctors are beginning to dictate directly to the computer, using voice recognition software such as Dragon Naturally Speaking, then importing the text into the word processor to print onto labels. If only it was simpler to use Word. I'll see if I can set up a macro to format the table you suggested. Thanks again.
