TexasTJ, I have used Word to do the exact thing that they are asking.

If you set the labels up as a merge file and don't have "next record" as a code, the whole sheet will be the same label. "next record" allows you to prepare labels with different addresses for each label.

That is not necessary. Next time I'll wait to have you answer the post before posting mine. My advice doesn't seem to be welcome. I know this will work since I do it every month. I do multiple mailings for many associations. I know what I'm talking about.
