Is anyone out there familiar with using MS Query to access multiple tables from within an Access database to export values to MS Word 97? Our accounting software is Access based (GEAC's The Construction Manager). What I need to do is export from this Access database information to create a custom form in Word 97. I have been using the Mail Merge feature which, so far has worked just fine. When I am using only one table or two tables, I have had no troubles. It is when I try to add the last table to the group that certain or all of the records can no longer be displayed. I am certain it is related to how the "Joins" (the links between the tables) are set up. I cannot find any books that go this deep into the functions of Word and MS Query - they only deal with simple mail merge functions with only one table. I need information on working with multiple tables and how to set up the "joins" properly. If anyone knows how I can find this information it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! :)
