If I'm not using a network, just have a 466 MgH, 10 GB pc, do you know what I need? I've heard of UPS and APS systems, but am not sure what to get. I don't want something that's more than I need or that is too noisy. But I do want to protect myself from the expected brown outs this summer. Any brand names/systems you can recommend is appreciated.
