Hope - I would imagine a transcriptionist with good medical terminology background would have been familiar with these words and completed the job in less than 5.5-hours.
I guess that's why medical work is specialized! I also believe this is why some employers pay by the line and not by time - there is a learning curve for the terminology.
You'll have to see how your client reacts to your charges for this work. They may or may not think this is too long. However, it does fall into the ratio of 4-6 hours for one hour of dictation. Actually, you were faster!
