I've been reading the archives and have determined that you all have a lot of good advice; I need some! I work in a pathology lab as a medical secretary/transcriptionist. I have a lot of duties besides transcribing..phones, paperwork, filing, etc. I recently approached my supervisor about doing transcription from home. She told me she would have to talk to the HR person and if that was a go, it would have to be passed by the board. I'm attempting to write up a proposal for review by all of these people and I really don't know where to start. I want to include all of the reasons it makes sense for them; mostly financially. We have ten people doing the job including myself. If anyone has any thoughts please reply. Thanks, Cindy
