Sandy,

A few things to try:

First, in a new document put just one line with one bullet and some text. Now print that page.

Does the bullet print o.k.? If so, it could be you've added something to make your brochure page too complex for the printer memory. You may need to simplify the design by removing a graphic. But before you make any changes, try the following suggestions #3 and #4 to see if you can print the brochure w/o making any changes.

----------

Check to see what the font is set at for the part of the brochure where the bulleted items are. Sometimes a change to a different font changes the bullets that print out.

----------

I have an HP laser printer - so I'm not sure if this next will be applicable to your printer: in Word click on File, Print, then the Properties button for the printer. Click on the Graphics tab. Change the graphic mode from Vector to Raster or vice versa. Try printing again. Sometimes this will allow me to print a document correctly.

----------

Sometimes a printer driver gets corrupted. Try to re-install your printer driver, naming it HP Laser 5-Ver 2 (something different than your current printer driver's name). Then, try printing the document with the re-installed printer driver.

----------

If none of these work, post back and I'll try to think of some other things to look at.

Theresa
