Received word from the counselor at my daughter's school - she just barely squeezed in @ #10 of the top 10 students of her senior class of 600+ students. If no discrepancies are found in the calcalations - they'll make the announcement next week.
I think I'm more thrilled about it than my daughter is.
If she had chosen to I've no doubt she could have been #1 - but that wasn't important to her (in fact I'm pretty sure it was important to her to NOT be #1 as it would mean she'd have to make a speech in front of everyone at graduation).
Anyway - I had to tell someone. Thanks for listening.
May just have to change my nick to "Proud Momma!".
