Per earlier posts on "Advertising your Biz" Texas TJ mentioned some things about business phone costs. Got me thinking. I currently have an extra residential line which I use for the biz. I don't get the benefit of a yellow pages ad, but most of my business is from out of area anyhow. But since I will start advertising heavily and plan on getting a biz line in the new office, do you think I should keep the current biz line (2nd residential) as not only the modem line but use it to make outgoing long distance calls and keep the business line for incoming calls mostly? Are long distance charges much higher on a business line? Any advice on this one (and other cost savers) is appreciated!
