I agree with all the comments. Accuracy should be at least 99%, if proofreading was done. I agree with creating a guideline, but an employee should be aware that accuracy is important, anyway, not only to the employee but to the company, as well. Subcontractors need to realize (yes, that includes me) that it's a big reflection on them if there is more than one mistake on a page. Granted, some handwriting is so bad that you just want to throw the stack of draft up in the air and forget the whole thing. If that's the case, the supervisor needs to be aware and the client notified, since the longer it takes deciphering handwriting or inaudibles, the higher the bill will be.
