HOW MANY ERRORS ARE ACCEPTABLE?

To those of you who own word processing related businesses, do you know if there is some standard for typists in regard to number of errors/inaudible's "allowed" per page? How do you handle it when you are seeing upwards of 10 per page (other than parting ways)?
