In case anyone's interested, I e-mailed from their website & inquired about what "processing" an order meant. Here's the reply I got from Lisa Giles (not that I am AT ALL interested in paying them for this kind of work....)--
"You will be typing out whatever the customer has requested to have done."
"These can vary greatly from the simplest 1 page letter, to business brochures. Basically, whatever the customer orders."
"There are examples and instructions in the information booklet that will accompany your supplies should this position be offered to you."
"As long as you are able to follow written instructions, you won't have any problem with this, the instructions are in a "step-by-step" format."
