We're a bit baffled by this too. Initially hubby was told his position was being eliminated - split between two other people. Then, when he was finally given the specifics on this new position they indicated that no, someone new was being brought in to fill his current position. No explanation was given. Hubby always received glowing reviews - so yes, we're still a bit confused. However, we're trying to stay focused on the positives including the new career direction and the $1,500 training course they're paying for.
