My husband just accepted another job. He is going from salary to hourly for the first time in 8 years. He is also going from retail to manufacturing. He gave his two weeks notice today and wouldn't you know it, his boss told him that they were considering him for another position. Go figure. He told them forget it. He wants out of retail and where he is at, he has no room for advancement. This new job is opening many more opportunities for him as well.
