Well y'all the company hubby works for finally came up with a $ amount on the other job for him since his job is going to someone else. It's about a 12% pay cut, but he'll be administering/overseeing the computer network (which is the career direction hubby wanted to go). And, the company has agreed to send him to at least two training courses w/IBM (he starts first one tomorrow).
So, bottom line is a little less money, but more opportunities.
God does work in mysterious ways!!!
