Hi Linda,

I have done projects for several national companies. What they really look for is professional, prompt service. They have already contacted you, so they most likely do realize the benefits of outsourcing.

As for your request, check this out, I think you'll find what you are looking for!

Take care.

: Happy New Year to you all!

: I received a call the other day from a national company looking into the possibility of outsourcing a manual which they would like retyped and saved onto a disk. This person right now is recuperating from surgery and is due back in the office next week and will fax me a couple of the pages so that I can prepare a quote.

: My question is how do I convince them to outsource this project. Does anyone have any sources or statistics on the benefits of hiring outside besides the usual save payroll taxes, etc. Would like to show them something in writing. I really want to get this job as it will be a foot in the door and hopefully I can persuade their other offices around the country to use other secretarial services.

: Thanks,

: Linda
