Renee : I just finished with my test. I know that it's very confusing with chapters 9 and 10. What you have to do is be on line but then minimize it, insert your Resource Links disk, click onto my computer, click onto 3 1/2 floppy disk, click onto the 2nd folder and your resource links should come up. Your going to have to print out the answers so that you can then type them. good luck. I hope i was able to help.
