Hi everyone, I am new to this board.
I own an EMS Billing company in Texas and am fixing to bid on a very large EMS service. They have about 24,000 calls per year. The company that has the contract now is doing this service for $11,000.00 per month and a bonus of 8% if the yearly collection rate is above 2.8 million. Is bidding $9,500.00 per month and a bonus of 5% to low? There is alot of work involved in this contract. I would be entering about 500 ambulance calls per week. Thank you for any input.
